Event Description:

This program is designed for busy Managers and Executives employed in Ship Management, Ship Owning, Banks and legal firms. Understanding the issues faced by the chartering and commercial managers will help in taking the right decisions at the right time. An understanding of basic commercial management and operations will help mitigate risk. Matters such as speed/consumption warranties, voyage instructions / orders, notes of protests, draft surveys, time sheets, stevedore damages, bills of lading and some of the important obligations under a charterparty are important and an understanding is immensely helpful.
