An intensive two days program covering Introduction to Contract Law, Ship Management Contract, Charterparties, Ship Sale & Purchase Agreements and Alternate Dispute Resolution Methods on the first day. This is followed by introduction to mediation through an understanding of Principle and functions, mediation practice in shipping and a simulated mediation process exercise on day 2.
